ERP for Indian manufacturers, 20 to 250 people

Every order, every department, one screen.

Sales, stores, production, dispatch, GST accounts, payroll, the gate and your team's chat, in one system built for the way an Indian factory actually works. Your people use it on the phone they already carry, even with no signal on the shop floor.

  • ₹30,000 a month, everything included
  • No per-user fee
  • English and हिंदी screens
The owner's overview in Keltory: sales, open quotations, orders in hand, money owed both ways, cash, stock value, items to reorder, AMC visits due and production load, each with a link to the report behind it.

01  The order

One order, handed from desk to desk without a single phone call.

Scroll, and watch the same order move. Each department sees it the moment it is their turn, with the right buttons on it.

  1. SalesOne button on the lead makes the customer and the quotation, with your own costing.
  2. OwnerThe quotation is approved. One click makes the sales order.
  3. ProductionThe order gets its own bill of materials and production orders, part by part.
  4. StoresMaterial is issued against the job. Stock is right, in every warehouse.
  5. DispatchThe delivery challan is made, serial numbers go with it, the warranty clock starts.
  6. AccountsThe GST invoice is ready. A payment reminder is drafted the day it falls due.

The same record, six departments. Nobody re-types it.

02  Projects

A won lead becomes a project, drawn as a flow.

Raw material, the parts you make, the finished screen, dispatch. Every stage has its department, its dates and its quantity, and the project manager can ask a department for people right on the canvas. When a stage finishes, the next department is told.

  • Stages linked the way the work really flows
  • People requested from a department, with dates
  • Progress counted from the work itself, not typed in
A project's flow in Keltory: raw materials, a welded cabinet frame in fabrication, tested cabinets in assembly, the final assembly of an indoor LED video wall and dispatch, with the stages listed and a request for four people for final assembly.
Each stage: department, dates, done of total
4 people asked from Assembly, 12 to 14 Oct

03  Everything in it

Twelve menus. One login. Nothing to bolt on.

Each menu is named for the work, not the software. Switch off what you do not use: it disappears for everyone.

Sales

Leads on a board, quotations with your own costing, orders, follow-ups after the sale and messages ready to send.

Keltory's leads board: new, contacted, site visit, quoted, negotiation and won columns with each lead's company, value and expected close.

Stores and purchase

Stock in every warehouse, serials and batches, purchase orders the owner approves, goods receipts, gate passes.

Production

Bills of materials split into parts, production orders, MRP, a finite-capacity schedule and OEE per machine.

Workflows

How each product is made: in-progress parts, finished-goods parts, then the product, with every step in order.

Keltory's Workflows screen listing bills of materials for receiving cards, sending cards, cables, power supplies and LED cabinets, each with its parts and steps.

Quality

Inspection checklists, NCRs and CAPA, control plans, PFMEA, PPAP and calibration, for the customers who ask.

Dispatch and service

Challans, installation jobs with a checklist, AMC visits, service tickets that know the warranty.

Accounts and GST

Invoices with the CGST, SGST, IGST split, bills, receipts, ageing, trial balance and P&L. Keep Tally if you like.

People and payroll

Attendance, leave, timesheets, PF, ESI and professional tax, contract labour and wage sheets.

Compliance

Licences, returns and inspections with their due dates, permits to work, waste and EPR records.

Ask, in plain words

"Which customers owe us more than 60 days?" The assistant can only read, never change anything, and shows where every number came from.

04  New this month

The parts of the day no ERP ever had.

Your team's chat, the security gate and the phone in every pocket, in the same system as the orders they are about.

Keltory's Team chat: a Factory floor group where the cabinet line, a received purchase order and short SMPS stock are discussed.

Team

Chat that sits beside the order it is about, video meetings, each person's own mailbox, notices, a shared drive and booking links for customers.

Keltory's gate screen: staff codes, visitors with a gate OTP, and a visitor inside for a meeting.

The gate

Staff come in with a code from their own phone and their hours go straight into attendance. Visitors are invited, or wait at the gate until the person they came to meet says yes.

The Keltory Android app's home screen.
The gate in the Keltory Android app.

The phone app

For Android. Check orders, log output, punch in at the gate, approve, chat. With no signal it keeps the work and sends it the moment it is back.

05  Who sees what

Give each person exactly the screens they need.

A role is a job, like sales or stores. Set what each role may do on each screen: nothing, view, edit or approve. Then, for one person:

  • More than one role. Someone who sells and also runs the stores gets both.
  • One screen only. Leads, customers and quotations, and nothing else in Sales.
  • For a while. Access until a date, then it is taken back on its own.

Pay fields stay hidden from everyone who should not see them, and every change is in the audit log.
